CHIRAG B. KABRAWALA - REAL ESTATE
Mr. Kabrawala’s practice emphasizes on general corporate matters and commercial and residential real estate sales and lease transactions, including the financial, structural and security aspects of commercial acquisitions, sales and financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Shuker, Eden & Beaudine, LLP, Chirag was an associate at Ganz Wolkenbreit & Friedman LLP, a New York-based law firm where he emphasized his practice on real estate, corporate business, and tax matters, where he handled a wide variety of sophisticated federal and state tax matters involving real estate transactions, tax-deferred exchanges and corporate acquisitions and reorganizations and advising in the organization of business corporations, limited liability companies, professional service corporations, joint ventures and partnerships. He frequently represented clients in mergers, acquisitions and sales of business enterprises.
Mr. Kabrawala earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Miami (Magna Cum Laude) and his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University.
Mr. Kabrawala is admitted to practice in Florida and New York and is a member of the Florida State, New York State, Albany County, and Orange County Bar Associations.
