BRUCE D. KNAPP -Corporate Partner

BRUCE D. KNAPP chairs the firm's corporate practice group. He has practiced as a corporate lawyer since his admission to the bar in 1985. He has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate governance, real estate sales and commercial leasing transactions, equity and debt financings, and construction and other commercial contracts. Mr. Knapp has represented a wide variety of manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, coal producers and other entities. He has advised public companies on securities offerings, periodic reporting and executive compensation matters. He also has extensive experience conducting secured and unsecured single bank and syndicated loan transactions, having served as associate counsel to one of the nation’s largest financial institutions.
